Camping
Camping is permitted on the Friday & Saturday nights, please note that there is both a track day and a track evening taking place on the Friday so you should avoid getting in the way of any customers on those events. You can leave your car/trailer at the venue overnight at your own risk but you should keep out of the way of the Friday Trackday.
 
Garages
Garages are still available to be reserved for the events at the weekend, you can reserve them using the link below.
 
Garage Reservation – A garage list will be available from 30th June.
 
Drivers
Drivers are required to complete their Registration, Vehicle Safety Declaration Form & Safety Briefing prior to arriving at check in at the event which are all contained within the link below. The form below will cover entries for both the 2nd & 3rd July events.
 
 
Please ensure that you have read through the event Regulations carefully and that your vehicle complies before attending.
The Vehicle Safety Declaration form (VSD) included in the online registration above means that you self declare that the vehicle complies with the safety regulations, we will carry out visual inspections throughout the event to check that the declaration is in order.

Newcomer Briefing
All the information you should need for the event is included in the event instructions and briefing documents that you can refer to at any time but we will also have a short optional briefing for any newcomers in garages next to the check in office at 08:45 to go over the main points of the day which you are welcome to attend if you are unsure of anything.
 
Competition Licence
We require that all participants are in possession a licence issued by The IOPD which is a body empowered by statute 1371 and authorised by the Secretary of state for the regulation of off- highway auto events. These are available at a cost of £25 for an Annual Licence or £15 for a day licence directly online from the IOPD using the link below. Please note that if purchasing an annual pass you should do so with enough time for it to be posted out. Day passes are sent via email so we would advise that you purchase yours be the end of the week so that you may still contact IOPD should there be a problem of some sort. If you are not able to produce your card/code at the event or have booked it for the incorrrect date then you must purchase another correct one. You will be able to purchase annual licence on the day as an emergency backup for a cost of £30.

Championship Registration
In order to score points in either the JTSS or Class T championship you must be registered prior to participating in an event so if you have neglected to do so until now then you need to be registered by Thursday 30th June using the link below.

Competition Plates 
You are required to display competition plates (30x25cm) with your competition numbers on the side of your vehicle throughout the event. We advise that you mount your stickers on magnetic plates if you wish to remove them between events and tape the leading edge whilst on track to avoid the wind getting underneath and lifting them off the vehicle. We will provide a set of numbered competition plates to each competitor at their first event free of charge in 2022 to use over the course of the year, if you lose your numbers then you may purchase a replacement set from the website. If you are sharing a vehicle then remember to clearly mark who is driving by covering the other numbers.
 
Order Replacement Numbers  – If you require a replacement set of numbers then you must order them via this link no later than 12:00 on Monday 27th June or else you will be be reissued with a new number set that you must pay for.
  
Catering
Food will be available throughout the weekend from the cafe, if you intend to use the cafe for lunch we ask that you go for lunch as you finish the run prior so as to avoid a rush at the end and a large queue.
 
Live Results
We’ll be operating live timing throughout the event which you can find on the link below.
 
 
The live timing page is spilt into 3 different tabs
Live – Cars on track during the current run, note that this view will only display the top 50 cars.
Start List – Times for everyone on the event which is set to class order.
Ranking – Overall results for the event, Class T & Z entries will be grouped underneath the main entry field
 
If you set a time and it is not being displayed on the results then chances are it was a voided run.
Sector times will show only for the current run and reset at the start of the next.
Inters 1 & 2 below shows the position of the timing beams splitting the 1st (64Ft Launch), 2nd & 3rd sectors.
 
 
A full set of results including overall, class and run times including sectors will be available from the results tab on the sprint page the day after the event has concluded. We won’t be issuing physical copies of the results at this time, event result will remain on the live timing until overwritten by the next event.
