The Vehicle Safety Declaration form (VSD) included in the online registration above means that you self declare that the vehicle complies with the safety regulations, we will carry out visual inspections throughout the event to check that the declaration is in order.
Please ensure that you read through the Event Instructions & Timetable linked below.
We require that all participants are in possession a licence issued by The IOPD which is a body empowered by statute 1371 and authorised by the Secretary of state for the regulation of off- highway auto events.

You are required to display competition plates (30x25cm) with your competition numbers on the side of your vehicle throughout the event. We advise that you mount your stickers on magnetic plates if you wish to remove them between events. We will provide a set of numbered competition plates to each competitor at their first event free of charge to use over the course of the year. You can order replacement numbers via the link below providing you do so before Monday 4th October otherwise it will be too late to have them reprinted.
Food will be available on the event from the clubhouse. Remember that you must wear a mask inside at all times.
We’ll be operating live timing throughout the event which you can find on the link below.
The live timing page is spilt into 3 different tabs
Live – Cars on track during the current run, note that this view will only display the top 40 cars.
Start List – Times for everyone on the event which is set to number order.
Ranking – Overall results for the event
Overall results will then be available to download from the website after the event.
Photographs from the event will be available a day or tow after the event and you will be able to find them on the link below.
Once the event has concluded you will be able to collect any event trophies approximately 10 minutes after the final car has run and the results have been finalised.
We aim to have an official presentation after that for the championship awards however Covid means that we need to do this outside so we will inform you of the location of this when you arrive to check in as the exact setup is going to depend on the weather for the day. We encourage everyone to stay for the awards where possible but we know many of you will be wanting to leave with it being a Sunday so we'll keep it brief.
